Vodacom Free To Expand

South Africa’s leading mobile operator Vodacom has been freed from restrictions held in place by an agreement it has with UK-based mobile giant Vodafone, its 50:50 joint owner with fixed-line operator Telkom, regarding its cellular network operations.
